He is a Certified
Public Accountant in Pavia and belongs to the Register of
Auditors of the Justice Ministry.
He is also a Technical Consultant of the Judge for the
business administration/accounting sector.
He has been appointed as receiver in bankruptcy cases of
publicly traded or privately held firms, and acted as
responsible for the liquidation and debt restructuring
proceedings as appointed by the Pavia and Voghera Court.
He acts as president or member of the Board of Statutory
Auditors for publicly traded companies or limited liability
companies as well as for not for profit companies (or
non-commercial companies).
He has been appointed to the Licensing Board for the
profession of Certified Public Accountant at the University
of Pavia.
He has taught advanced seminars on value-added tax issues
for graduate students practicing as interns in preparation
for the Public Accountant licensing exam.
